The programme started with the doleful sounds of the ancient 'duduk' played by Ara Petrosyan.

Introduction of the theme of the evening was presented by Dr Harry Hagopian, Executive Director of CRAG, who was followed with a word of welcome by Rev. Fr. William Taylor, Vicar of St John's Church.

The evening's speakers were Dr. Vahe Gabrielyan - Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia,  Mr. Ara H. Palamoudian - Chairman of the Armenian Community & Church Council of Great Britain and  Mr. Raffi Sarkissian - Chairman of CRAG (Campaign for Recognition of the Armenian Genocide ).
